Looking for staff to work at a rice cake shop (Technical position - beginners welcome)

You will be responsible for the overall tasks of making rice cakes.
The main tasks involve grinding rice, preparing ingredients, steaming, and shaping.
We provide immediate training on how to make rice cakes and use the machinery so you can start working. (This is not a place where you are only made to do menial tasks.)


As long as you have no problem eating a 20kg bag of rice, there are no grounds for disqualification for working.
(If you have lower back or neck disc problems, please be aware in advance that there will be work involving lifting heavy objects and contact us.)
The entire manufacturing room is designed for a height of approximately 170 cm. Please take note of this.

Due to the nature of the work, the daily workload varies depending on the order volume, so you may occasionally need to come in early.
For this reason, the basic salary includes additional allowances for approximately 9 hours of overtime and 7 hours of night work.
Additional allowances are paid for extra work in addition to the basic allowance provided.

The salary starts at 225 and increases sequentially as you become proficient in each task.

On average, it is a 4.5-day workweek!!!!
Considering the physically demanding nature of working at a rice cake shop, I have set the working hours to be short.
There are also people who go to work early and leave early to work a second job in the afternoon.
(You may have a second job, but you must not cause any issues with your attendance!)

We operate on a rotation system of working 4 days and resting 2 days.
