Detailed work requirements

1. 엘리베이터, 기계식주차기 유지보수 및 공사(3~6개월간 무료 트레이닝 기회 제공)
2. 주5일 평일 8시간 근무, 야간대기근무(일주일중 1~2회) / 재택근무 가능

- 엘리베이터 및 주차기계 공사 인센티브 지급(10%)
- 근무가산수당 지급 : 연장, 야간, 휴일수당(근로기준법 근거)
- 업무특별수당 지급
① 당직수당 7~12만원, 주말공사수당 10~20만원
② 정근수당, 직책수당, 자격증수당, 경력수당 지급
- 숙직실, 업무용차량, 명절선물 지급
- 회사 리조트 사용 가능
