• Resource Recycling and Chip Compressor Manufacturing: We produce high-efficiency chip compressors that compress the volume of metal chips generated at processing sites to up to 1/10 and recover over 95% of mixed cutting oil. This contributes to cost reduction for manufacturing companies and prevention of environmental pollution, and is supplied in an optimized form for various metal processing sites such as automobiles, aircraft, and ships.

Products

• Chip Compressor (Large, Small, Free Rental Type): It efficiently processes large quantities of metal chips with a powerful pressing force of up to 250kg/㎠, and is equipped with a 340㎡ hopper capacity and an 11kW compression motor, providing optimized performance for continuous production processes. A horizontal grinding motor is built into the equipment, performing both grinding and compression of coarse chips simultaneously to maximize work efficiency.
• Automotive Parts: In addition to compressors, we also produce automotive parts as our main products. We are responding to the demand in related industries by expanding the production of eco-friendly vehicle parts.
