• Kimchi Manufacturing and Sales: We produce a variety of kimchi products including whole cabbage kimchi, geotjeori, mat kimchi, baek kimchi, mugeunji, kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi), and altari kimchi (ponytail radish kimchi). • Whole Cabbage Kimchi: This is a representative HACCP-certified whole cabbage kimchi made with domestic cabbage and chili powder. It is popular for both home and commercial use, offered in various capacities from 3kg to 40kg.
• Geotjeori (Fresh Kimchi) and Mat Kimchi (Sliced Kimchi): Geotjeori, freshly made with fresh ingredients, and Mat Kimchi, conveniently sliced, are also key products. They are sold in various capacities for easy enjoyment and are suitable for consumers who prefer fresh flavors.
• Baek Kimchi (White Kimchi) and Mugeunji (Aged Kimchi): We also produce Baek Kimchi with a refreshing and clean taste, and Mugeunji, which boasts a deep aged flavor. We have a product line that satisfies various consumer preferences and also offer seasonal specialty kimchi.

• Tradition and flavor of Gyeongsang-do kimchi: To achieve the unique deep flavor of Gyeongsang-do kimchi, we use rich fish sauce instead of salted shrimp, creating a distinctive taste. This provides the differentiated flavor unique to Haetteul General Food's kimchi.
• Development of low-sodium kimchi and market expansion: In line with health trends, we are developing low-sodium kimchi with the Useful Plant Research Institute of Gongju National University of Education. • Main Hiring Positions: We primarily recruit employees for kimchi and side dish manufacturing, who will be responsible for kimchi factory production tasks such as salting and washing cabbage.
