• Main Hiring Positions: We primarily hire for positions such as residential care worker (social worker), cook, cleaner, and administrative director. Residential care workers are responsible for supporting services for residents with disabilities and managing programs, and may involve shift work.
• Benefits: Benefits are provided in accordance with the standards for supporting the personnel expenses of employees in residential facilities for people with disabilities (salary scale, recognition of military service, holiday allowance, family allowance), and Yongin City and Gyeonggi Province improvement allowances, special duty allowances for employees, and overtime allowances are paid. A separate retirement pension is enrolled, and there is a 3-month probationary period.
